Other German Products

 

Germany still makes many high-quality products. They are known for their knives, including Henckels and Wus-tof. But knives of comparable quality are made by Amer-ican, French and English knife makers, such as Lamson (made in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts since 1837), Sabatier (made in Thiers, France since 1834) and Aron-dight (England). Consumer reviews in Amazon are comparable for all of these knife makers.

 

Similarly, Bosch and Miele, German appliance manu-facturers make high-quality products. However com-parable appliances are made in other countries. I chuckled when I read that Wolf products were German. They are actually made in the USA, but apparently some stores think that they are German because of their high quality...
