Most humans live their lives ignorant of the world around them, a world hidden within the shadows. The majority will live out their lives without ever catching a glimpse of this reality, but a few will find themselves waking up to it. In this world, mysterious creatures wonder about, fighting an ancient war from the dawn of time. Some of these beings seek to destroy humanity, others, seek to protect it. These are the stories of the few who find themselves thrown unwittingly into this new reality.

A.R Kingston grew up in Moscow, Russia, where she grew up on the stories and legends of the country. She moved to Boston, Massachusetts at the age of nine and quickly developed the love of the state's history. An avid traveler, she loves to go to new places to study the culture and legends of the people. Her favorite stories include those of ghosts, vampires, and the world beyond our own. She currently lives in South Florida with her kids and pets.
