I think worthless social media robs us. Worthless social media is when we use these platforms to further our entertainment and not ourselves. We get really, really good at “liking” pictures and really, really bad at just liking ourselves for who we are in general. You begin to wish there was a "like" button on the lower right hand corner of your bathroom mirror that you could press after everytime that you looked at yourself in the morning.

     Once, I hopped onto the metro in Washington, DC to a mostly empty subway car. It was myself and about nine other strangers all spread out, space to ourselves.
