On the third deep breath, Nick wonders if he's standing is in the danger zone because if she decides to roundhouse kick something when her eyeballs open back up, there’s a good chance it’s flying in his direction.  When her eyes finally blink open, Nick can’t help but cringe and shrink back into his chair in genuine fear he’s gone a bit too far this time.
