That letter was later withdrawn by the Justice De-partment as inaccurate.  Holder refused to turn over materials containing internal discussions, and asked President Obama to assert executive privilege over the documents. President Obama asserted executive priv-lege on only some of the documents Congress was seeking shortly before the Oversight and Government voted on party lines to approve a contempt resolution against Holder.
