The herd moves slowly

down the aisles,

as misbehaved children;

the product of misbehaved

adults

ride scooters through

the department store

 

 

 

 

We were there to get

a few specific items,

my girlfriend was looking

for tights to wear

under her new dress

 

 

 

we approach a short,

very overweight woman

who worked at the store,

and my girlfriend asks,

 

 

 

"Excuse me, do you know where I

can find hosiery?"

 

 

The round girl, probably

early 20's if I'm guessing,

its sometimes hard to tell

with overweight people,
