In my dreams, my lungs don't hurt, and I can go for hikes with Mary. We can hold hands and look at the place that she calls the tranquil meadow.

Those are the only good things about my dreams lately.

Mary says I've been whimpering in my sleep. I'm not surprised. I say dreams, but it's really been nightmares, and I don't want to talk to Nurse Harmony about them. I'm not even sure that I want to tell Mary. That's how you know that they're bad.

But if I don't do something about them, they're going to drive me over the edge. I'm not sure what that would mean for me, but it's not going to be pretty.
