'Pops' was a testament to bioengineering. His body was layered in muscle; the kind most often wielded by competitive bodybuilders. His limbs were mostly MODS technology and what wasn't artificial was pumped pink with designer testosterone and nanomachines. The old soldier's left eye was gone, as was his left leg. The eye had been swapped out for a rangefinder and his leg, replaced with a custom prosthesis unlike any other. Pops moved his massive frame about on a spike piston that punched holes in the precinct's carpet even now. As he shifted weight from side to side, swaths of carpet became bingo punchcards.

Like every member of Agency 0 Pops carried a "cutter," in this case two. The term "Cutters" referred to any reinforced weapon capable of slicing through nanofiber weave...
