against her, the right to present witnesses on her behalf, and, worst of all, he deprived her of her natural and constitutional right to motherhood. This ruling, which gives Judge Stump, and all other judges, absolute immunity, should be changed by a constitutional amendment which gives judges only limited immunity. A statute along the same lines may be effective, but judges would have an opportunity to overturn such a statute. No court, not even the Supreme Court, can ignore or overturn an explicit constitutional amendment.
