The people of the United States have been dealt a cruel injustice by the nation’s highest tribunal. Most voters want to know who won. And the only way to know who won the election is to count all the votes. Failing to count all the votes undeniably deprives the uncounted voters of equal protection of the laws.

By ushering in President Bush, the popular vote loser, without a proper vote count, the Supreme Court has com- mitted a judicial coup d’etat. The Republican-controlled court anointed Republican, George W. Bush, President of the United States, the voters be damned.
