Alice jumped up and ran to the bathroom and closed the door. She pulled off some toilet paper and wadded it up in a ball. Turning on the faucet, she dampened the paper wad, and then she tucked it as far inside of her as it would go. After a moment, she reached up inside and pulled the wad of toilet paper out. Then she started the process again, wetting another wad and inserting it inside. 

   Minutes later, Alice emerged from the restroom dressed in her bra and panties. Her anger was palpable as she took her dress off the hanger and slipped it over her head. “If I get pregnant, my Mama's liable to come after you with a shotgun,” she said.
