Chapter 10

   Dennis, with Alice onboard, turned onto Lee Street and slowed when he saw the blue clapboard house with stone accents. He found a spot on the curb and parked the Nomad. “Here we are.” He got out and went around to the curb side to open the door for Alice, offering his hand to help her out of her seat. He went to the rear of the Chevy, raised the rear glass and lowered the tailgate. Wrapped in a blanket was his Fender Tweed amp which he carefully lifted out, and with his other hand, he grabbed his black guitar case. “Let’s go,” he said, as he led Alice across the street and then up the driveway to Lonny's garage where his band mates were already at work.
