With zero desire to experience the nightlife of Mykonos, we purposely chose a quiet hotel away from the city center. Our plan was to sail on a small yacht to the beautiful beaches of Rhenia before stopping for a quick tour of Delos.

When our excursion was abruptly cancelled the night before, we were devastated. Thankfully, our hotel salvaged part of the plan, acquiring tickets direct from port to Delos. We were thrilled, but as it turned out, our research had not remotely prepared us for what we were to experience.
