Arrin chuckled, but immediately sobered as he thought of Pastor Willis. The good and patient man had been a frequent visitor to his house these last six months, not as much to visit with him as to pray for him with his off-duty guard companions. It happened to be the exact time of day when Pastor Willis always made his visit.

“I’m sure Pastor Willis would like to know his prayers for me have been answered. Shall we go see if he’s here?”

“Capital idea! Lead on.” Leo gestured for Arrin to precede him.
