She hopes to encourage readers with her stories of loss, sin, and redemption. She's a native of Colorado Springs, where both sides of her family have lived since the city's creation, is happily married and is the mother of two now grown sons. The eldest son is severely physically and mentally challenged and requires much of her time, but she still ekes out time to write each day.
