Rookie officer Javier Sepulveda was proud to be following in the footsteps of his father, a retired decorated veteran of the Grant police department. So when the fugitive clone was captured, Javier had watched in shocked disbelief as every member of the force except himself lined up to have a turn at beating the creature.
