“Hey, it’s not so bad,” Seamus said to Arrin. “Look how thin it is. You won’t even feel it.” He addressed Logan. “How in the universe do they fit both explosives and a tracker in such a little thing anyway?”

Logan shrugged. “All I know is there’s enough explosives in this slender circlet to turn Arrin into a bloody powder should he go out of bounds, along with anyone standing within five feet of him.” He looked smugly at Arrin. “It’s amazing what modern technology can do.”

Arrin switched his dark glower to Logan, which was pretty much his normal way of looking at Logan anyway. So Logan remained unmoved.
