Todd, a medic, motioned to one of the other men. “Maury, fetch towels and bandages.” As Maury hurried off, Todd asked the brothers, “What in the universe happened to you two?”

 Chad answered. “We went sailing and a rogue wind capsized our boat.” He reached up to wipe dripping blood from his eyes.

Todd pushed his hand down and examined the wound. “Hm, it’s going to need stitches. As soon as Maury brings the medical supplies—”

Maury hurried in with the supplies.

“Ah. Here they are. Thank you, Maury.” Todd selected a white, terrycloth towel and handed it to Chad. “Use this to apply pressure to your wound while I examine Robert.”
