Distant and Obscure

    Then so close, powerful

It shifts like the sands of time.

    But it's always there wanting

Beckoning, seeking

    Asking for my acceptance.

But I push it away...

Delusional and Insecure

    Then so real and consuming

It drifts in like the ocean breeze.

    And it won't stop haunting

Calling, taunting

    Asking to be let in. 

Because love remains the cure...
