“Wow,” Roy said, “So, right past them coming off, or right past them coming right off?”

“I fail to see the difference,” the robot replied.

“So, the first one,” Roy asked.

“They’re the same, Roy.”

“So, right past them coming off, then?”

The robot paused for a moment in its inspective tapping, its head slightly tilting and the iris behind the lens of its primary optic closing several increments before all then return...
