Series Description:

What happens when two men from different continents build a giant football stadium to host the World Cup Finals in a South American capital and a revolution breaks out instead.  This is the story of Galvez Stadium as Sergio and George face dramatic pressure to finish the building on time for the event within a strict budget, and still adhere to the industry standards of safety.  In the background the dictator that is currently the nation's president is dealing with a growing revolution from a well organized, leftist movement.  George is the architect of the new stadium, and to complicate his task Sergio asks him to employ his college graduate daughter in his work.  The impending romance grows steadily in spite of the mother who does all she can to keep George and Cecilia apart from each other.  The stadium project grows steadily as well although corrupt politicians, crooked suppliers, and political malfeasance stand in the way.  When the day comes for the World Cup Finals to begin extraordinary events unfold to hamper both the opening of the stadium, and George and Cecilia's togetherness.
