Dear Matt,

     Sorry I had to send you to public school after being homeschooled for almost 4 years.  Please know, I didn’t want to.  But I had to get a job after your dad and I divorced.  I feel like I failed you on that.  I know you hated public school and I feel like I messed you up by making you go.  I should have found a way to keep you homeschooling instead of throwing you to the stranger wolves at such a rough and crucial time in your life.  You were happier working schoolwork at your own pace and I feel like I threw you into the deepest end of the school pool.  You were screaming for someone to save you and I was too busy working and providing, I couldn’t see it.  I should have worked harder to keep you homesch...
