Dear Matt...Letters To My Son
By Debbie Pinkham

Series Description:

These are letters, from my heart to his, to my prodigal son.  If you have an estranged family member, these letters are probably your heart, too.

Category/Genre(s): Journal Entries, Nonfiction
Updated: All At Once
Status: Completed

Acknowledgements:

This series is dedicated to my son, Isaiah Matthew Hensley.  Matt, you are the best thing I ever did and I love you very much, no matter what.

Notes:

October 26, 2020---I called Matt for his birthday, the next day, and expected to get his answering machine, like I always do when I call him about any holiday.  He actually answered it this night and we talked for about 45 minutes.  It was a great conversation and we have begun to mend our fences and become mother and son again.  A long awaited prayer was answered that night, and I thank God for His work in my child.  It's so funny how we haven't  talked for more than 10 years, but we have the same ideas about some things, and want some of the many things out of life that are so similiar.  Funny how that works.
