My sweet Aliyah,

     Today you are 2 years old.  Your mom posted a picture of you holding up a gold #2 on Facebook.  I saved it on the computer with all the other ones I have of you.  I’ve not gotten to meet you in person, and I only have pictures I get off the Internet, but I still love you and am proud of you.

     You look kinda like me as a baby, little for my age, blonde hair.  But, you’re a lot cuter than I was.

     I’m thinking about you every minute today, and I’m hoping you’re having a wonderful day with great presents and a yummy cake.
