At night I can't sleep. I have too many memories floating through my head. I was reliving everything. Every mistake, every regret. 

I got up and started writing it down.

I started rereading it.

I started editing.

I started to realize that I had a story. I had a story that may help other people not feel as alone as I did. 

I made a choice to relive these moments and share them. 

It helps. I still can't sleep but that's life...
