Susan Kicklighter holds a history degree from the University of North Florida, minored in literature and has 20 years of professional writing experience in government, corporate and nonprofit sectors. Within the last few years, she has begun writing for wider consumption whenever she's able to steal a moment away from the responsibilities of career and family. 

Kicklighter is currently seeking representation for her first novel and is working on other writing projects including her debut series on Channillo. 

A native Southerner, Kicklighter lives in Northeast Florida with her husband, two cantankerous daughters and rascally rescue dog, Cookie.
