Born to a military family, I grew up all over the world. I've seen, smelled, and tasted a wondrous variety of flavors from dishes here there and everywhere! My husband aspires to be a chef one day, and I've been blessed to try his recipes as well. 

Along with being an avid foodie, I'm also a published writer of over a dozen stories, a published illustrator of over three-hundred book covers and characters, and the holder of a Bachelor of Arts degree from AIU. 

I am owned by four cats and one very stubborn pigeon.
