More often than not, writing gets me out of my head and into my heart. That’s where I’m my best. So I write about the things I know: motherhood, pregnancy, birth, fertility, and loss (with a little spiritual twist).

I also speak and mentor on those same topics.

When I’m not doing that, I’m living the life with my husband and little one.
