My childhood was full of magic, woven into the everyday by the voices of my grandmother and my great grand aunts. The seeds they planted have taken root,  blooming into extraordinary new worlds and fantastic characters.

I love to write; short stories as much as novels. Some of my short stories had been shortlisted in international competitions, others have come to be without praise. And I like them all the same.

I also love to read. . .  Indiscriminately.  I read in almost very genre but I’m partial to fantasy and science fiction and  have a weakness for short stories, particularly those who show the world in a different light, a surprising one.
