Suzanne Crain Miller is a novelist, poet, short storyist, memoirist and screenwriter who lives in downtown Raleigh, N.C. with her husband, Chad, and their dog, Slim Shady. 

She co leads a local writing open mic at Fig Raleigh coffee. For her daily grind, she is the managerial editor for two science journals and also teaches art to at risk girls at an after school club two blocks from her house.
