My name is Richard De Fino.  I am a 32 year old writer currently living in Buffalo, NY, recently residing in Rochester NY. I was born and raised in the Bronx and had my fair share of unfortunate events throughout my childhood.  I enjoy writing about my life experiences and use my written words as my own personal therapy. My hope is that my past and current struggles, will resonate with my readers and make them feel less alone. When I am not writing, I enjoy spending time with my wife Andrea, our dog Zeke, and cat BeBe.
