Stacey is a wife and mother and thanks her family daily for the material they give her. 

When she's not making nutritious meals her family won't eat, or carpooling, Stacey is working on her blog and first novel.  

She credits her sense of humor and biting sarcasm to her parents divorce and growing up as the token fat kid in a trailer park.
