Writing for me is a passion and poetry is my love. From deep philosophical meanings to questions on our purpose in this world I try to explore all aspects of the human experience and translate it into a powerful poetic message. I pull from my vast experiences of growing up on the streets, my time in prison, addiction, recovery, and life itself. My love of classical literature and reading fueled my self education, throw in my street knowledge and it is a powerful combo. Chances are if I wrote it the meanings and purpose are varied and deep. I am 37 married with two daughters and four cats. I currently am living in Tampa, Fl. and hope to make writing my career. Hopefully something I write will resonate with all people and take on a power and purpose much farther than I had ever intended. I just take ideas, give them wings, then let them fly and hope it reaches the world. This is the evolution of the author and my story being written as we speak. So grab a quiet place, buckle your seatbelt, and enjoy the ride! It definitely will be an amazing journey.
