Randall retired from the U.S. Government after completing over 34 years of civil service, spending most of his time in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.  During this time, he authored countless position papers and formal reports used by senior government officials. 

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland.  Randall also completed a general Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a MBA with an emphasis in Strategic Focus, both from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland.

Randall resides with his wife, Sylvia, six cats, and a boxer on Lake Huron in Michigan.  He enjoys walking, reading, candle making, pyrography and sightseeing. The Kurdish Connection is his first novel.

Fifty percent of all profits will be provided to a local animal "no kill" shelter, where Randall and Sylvia adopted Hope, one of their cats, and Tyson, the boxer.
