As you can see behind me, Red Square has been turned into a staging area for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent.  For the past week, there have been reports of signs of the Harbinger plague moving through populations closer and closer to Moscow.  It is hard to dismiss the claims of some scientists that the virus is a bio-engineered smart weapon when it seems to be avoiding governmental attempts to quarantine the spread.  What few reports we have been able to gather in regards to the symptoms of the plague as opposed to the evidence after the fact are the onset of a fugue state in those infected before death occurs.
