I will tell you truthfully, I did not deal well with this deployment. Once Billy left the U.S. I lived in constant fear and worry about his safety. I started having trouble sleeping and became fearful of leaving the house, afraid I might miss a call from him. Or worse yet, a visit from the military with the ultimate in bad news. The business I had spent years building up, I began to let slide. I couldn't deal with the happiness of young couples in love while missing my love so much. I eventually began turning down jobs, and once I finished with the contracts I had, took no more.
