In a whirlwind, Billy and I dove into our relationship. Building on our past, we started planning our future. Billy quickly gave up the trailer, owned by his mother, where he had been living since his divorce, and moved in with me. We didn't even need a truck, everything he owned fit into my GMC van in one load, a few pairs of jeans, a couple of shirts, a few books, and a short stack of movies. And, a console cabinet tv that was huge, measuring 6 feet long, by 3 feet deep, by 4 feet high. It was the only thing we had difficulty moving.
