Shortly after moving Erick and Julie out of the house, Shane started to talk about marriage. Often bringing up the subject of me moving to St. Louis to be closer to him, both independently and in conjunction with marriage. I was resistant to the idea, I had a home that I owned, a decent job, and a life where I was. I wasn't comfortable with the idea of moving to a place where I had nothing but him.
