"Hey Lisa," Erick called to me while standing in the doorway of our home, "I'm going over to your Dad's for a little while."
     Looking up from my book, I nodded, "Tell him I said hi," and went back to my reading.
     Settling back in with my book, I waited for the rest of my nightly daycare kids to show up. Most of the parents dropped off their kids between 8 and 10:00 p.m. each night, and usually arrived already dressed for bed, and after making sure they brushed their teeth and went to the bathroom, I would lay them down for the night.
