“When I was a kid I wanted to be a journalist. Then I wanted

to be a reporter out there in the middle of it all, reporting live.

After high school, I went for what I thought was a more versatile

degree; I studied communications. I’d imagined I’d work

my way up the communications field, ending up in an advisory

role perhaps. Now I feel like I wasted time even studying. It

hasn’t got me anywhere that I couldn’t have got to on my own.

That’s the thing that gets me the most.”

Justin majored in Communications; he had always had a

passion for it, and he hoped to find work in a large organisation

in the communications department. As a new graduate,

he looked for entry-level communications office...
