Each morning when the Earth exposed its darker half to another day, the low-lives and scum would board mining freighters, military transports, or stow-away on tourist cruise ships. Andrus Ovega and Leon Treu weren’t criminals or cockroaches but found themselves in the arms of the International Space eXploration Commission, the military regime born out of Earth but matured in the chaos of the void.
