When Nathan returned, the doctor had to move his arm bone back into the shoulder socket.  He instructed Kate to make sure ice was placed on his shoulder for thirty minutes every three hours for the next three days.  She insisted she would need to be his nurse and take him back to the mansion.  The truth be told, she was worried about him and didn’t want to let him out of her sight.  He had already been assigned a police officer for protection.

When they got home, Nathan trudged up the stairs straight to Kate’s room.  She stopped him as he was about to enter.  “And where do you think you’re going?”

“I thought you brought me here to take care of me.”

“Have you forgotten I’m contagious?”
