It wasn’t very crowded for 7pm in the evening.  Only a few people were sitting at the bar.  I joined them and sat on a barstool.  I ordered a Bud Light beer.  Within seconds, a clear glass was sitting in front of me with yellow colored beer in it, and a think, white head on top.  I took a sip and closed my eyes.  Boy, did I need that!  I took another sip and just reveled in it.  The several people at the bar were involved in a conversation I really didn’t feel like getting involved in, so I just sipped my beer and kept to myself.  Thank goodness none of them wanted my opinion.  There were several big screen tvs around with the World Series baseball game on, so I concentrated on that while I drank, knowing my daddy was probably watchi...
