Street.  It stood across the street from the University of Miami Hospital and caddy corner to the University of Miami Medical Center.  It was a huge, massive building and we felt like mice standing in front of it.

     We went through the main doors and asked where we could find the maternity ward.  The woman at the front desk told us it was on the fourth floor and to turn left off the elevator and follow the corridor and we’d run into it.  So, we started off in that direction with hopes of finding someone who may have remembered Marilyn being there in 1962, a whole lifetime ago.

     We reached the maternity ward desk and flagged down a nurse.  Jody took out her birth certificate.  She just held it in her hand.  I spoke first.
