What a day. Nothing went right. Started by spilling coffee in my shoes and ended up in front of the conference table explaining a projection I grossly miscalculated. I didn’t do a great job with my explanation because, for the entire time, I was expecting someone to ask me why I wasn’t wearing socks.

     I picked up a turkey sub from the deli on my way home and retreated to the television to eat. I kept my finger on the “channel up” button for a count of ten. Sometimes, that’s how I decide what to watch.

     I landed on a reality show about weddings. Something about Americans getting paired up with people from other countries and deciding if they should get married before their visiting visas expired.
