“What is it?” Tess asked worried.

He's reciting some old prophecy.

“There's always a freaking prophecy! I just wanted a single name, but no,” Titus complained angrily, not appearing to pay any more attention to the creature's dramatic speech. 

At last, the creature was silent. The eyes shrunk and the corpse's skull seamlessly accepted them back. 

The pressure disappeared and Titus nearly fell, suddenly realizing he had been leaning forward. 

The soothsayer looked frail and weak. The color had drained from his face, leaving it white with a green hue. He crawled to his foldable chair and hoiste...
