The second floor of the Fogg Mansion consisted of a single hallway lined on both sides with doors. At the end of the hall, a suit of armor stood in silent vigil.

“A portion of the foundation for the house was built in the late 1600s, so the house is the oldest in Arkham. Though we can't prove it, so we're not on any registry,” Amy recited mechanically as if she was reading from a script.

Tess listened as they walked.

The first several doors were closed.

“Sorry, some of the rooms are in complete disarray. We're trying to clean them, but, well, Great Uncle Phineas collected a lot during his travels.”
