Past My Bedtime
Dim moonlight turned the world gray.
Tiny steps came up the stairs and along the hallway.
The hinges of my bedroom door cried their displeasure.
Tiny fingernails scratching.
Tiny eyes, red and bright as neon lights.
"Supper time!" ten tiny voices shouted.
"Ouch!" I screamed as ten set of fangs dug into my flesh.
One, then two, then three.
The atoms quickly gathered taking their places in organize formations.
Soon, molecules abounded. They jumped and ran from one edge to the other, creating ellipses that were soon orbits.
Light and dark, two separated items.
She blinked and the universe existed.
