First, I have to admit - this really is a fairly mobile friendly site. I'd still prefer an app, but I'll take what's available. 

So, I'm struggling lately  it's like I'm drowning - everything is affecting me, and I don't know what to do  

my health is failing - mostly because I'm so disgusted with myself . Ugh  

Ok. I'm ready to cry, and I'm at work. Better stop.
