So, lately I've been extremely focused on yellow. Remember, that room I hated, but would trade anything for if it meant having my dad back? Well, I'm still loving the color yellow at this stage in my life. It's a happy color, peaceful. 

I need happy and peaceful. Especially as I hold a terrified dog in my lap while trying to draft a credible floor plan for my new cozy mystery series. Chris took her to bed for snuggles because she is so upset. Which means the other one is now snuggled up behind my back in the chair. I love them, and can't imagine life without them.
